Times may vary depending on your specific booking plan. Please check your reservation details.

Bath Tax:

Until March 31, 2026: 150 JPY per adult, per night.

From April 1, 2026: 100 JPY per adult, per night.

Accommodation Tax (Starting April 2026):

200 JPY per night for guests using futons.

High seasons or special rooms may incur a fee of up to 400 JPY.

Parking

We have two parking lots (capacity: 20 cars). Parking is free of charge.

Note: The first parking lot is indoors and has a height limit. High-roof vehicles should use the second parking lot.

Luggage Storage

We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please ask at the front desk.

Please note: We cannot accept valuables.

Amenities for Children (Co-sleeping)

In principle, there is no facility fee or accommodation charge for children co-sleeping (sharing a bed/futon with an adult). Therefore, amenities are available for a separate fee:

Child’s Toothbrush: 100 JPY

Child’s Yukata (Cotton Robe): 300 JPY (various sizes, limited stock)

Bath & Face Towel Set: 330 JPY

Payment Methods

We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Transportation IC cards, iD, and QUICPay.

QR Code Payments: PayPay, Rakuten Pay, Alipay+, au Pay, d-barai, WeChat Pay, Merpay.

Food Allergies

We accommodate food allergies individually. Please inform us via message when booking.

Breakfast

You may choose a start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. (If you have an early departure, please select a plan without breakfast.)

Celebration Cakes

We can arrange cakes for anniversaries (Fresh Cream or Chocolate). Please call us to discuss the message on the cake and the timing of the surprise.

Nearest Station

“Yunokawa-Onsen (DY02)” on the Hakodate City Tram. It is a 7-minute walk south along the river.

Convenience Stores

7-Eleven (3-min walk), Lawson (5-min walk).

Sauna

We do not have a sauna.

Bringing Drinks:

Overnight guests: Free to bring your own. We can store items in the front desk fridge if they don’t fit in your room.

Banquet-only guests: A corkage fee of 550 JPY per person applies.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The password is near the TV in your room.

Hot Spring (Onsen) Hours

The public bath is located on the 1st floor of the West Wing (New Building).

Cleaning Interval: The bath is closed from 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM for gender-swap cleaning and organizing.

Hours: From 3:00 PM until 8:30 AM the following morning.

Dinner

Starts between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Important: We cannot serve dinner if you arrive after the final start time of 7:00 PM.

Smoking

The entire building has been Non-Smoking since April 1, 2022. Please use the designated smoking area in the parking lot.

Squid Sashimi (Ika-somen): 1,500 JPY

Deep-fried Kinki (Channel Rockfish): 2,500 JPY

Japanese-style Beef Steak: 2,300 JPY

Grilled Abalone: 2,000 – 5,000 JPY (Price varies by size)

Butter-grilled Scallops: 1,750 JPY

Assorted Sashimi: From 2,000 JPY per person

Grilled Whole Squid: 1,500 JPY

Whole Horsehair Crab: Market price (Please inquire)

All-You-Can-Drink Option

Available for groups of 10 or more.

• Price: 2,860 JPY per person for 2 hours.
• Menu: Bottled beer, Sake, Shochu, Whiskey, and Soft drinks.
• Please contact us in advance if you wish to add this.

Shipping Luggage in Advance

We accept luggage sent to the ryokan for free. Please ensure the check-in date and guest name are clearly marked on the shipping label.
